Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Centralia, WA.
Provide wound evaluations, dressings, debridement, and G-Tube management (training provided) during weekly bedside rounds in skilled nursing facilities. Conduct Home Health visits as needed. Work independently within facility protocols, with strong communication skills and a friendly, energetic demeanor. Must have at least 2 years of wound care and skilled nursing experience, with current WA licensure. Preferred: Wound Care Certification. Benefits include health/dental insurance, flexible schedule, and paid time off. The schedule is Monday to Friday, day shift, with on-call and weekend duties as needed. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $180,000 annually.
