Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team, providing ethical, client-centered services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. This new position is expected to start in February 2026.


*Requirements:*

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field

  • Current Iowa license (LMHC, LISW, or LMFT)

  • Valid driver’s license and BLS certification within six months


    • *Skills & Experience:*

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Preferred experience with Epic electronic health record system


    • *Key Responsibilities:*

  • Provide high-quality outpatient therapy, including diagnosis and treatment planning

  • Build trusting patient relationships

  • Collaborate with other departments and support crisis care

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
