Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are hiring a compassionate Mental Health Therapist for our outpatient behavioral health team, starting February 2026. The role involves providing ethical, client-centered therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

**Education:** Master’s or Doctoral in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

**Licenses:** Iowa LMHC, LISW, or LMFT; valid driver’s license; BLS certification within six months.

**Skills:** Excellent customer service, strong communication; experience with Epic preferred.

**Responsibilities include:** delivering high-quality therapy, establishing rapport, diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, creating treatment plans, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining documentation.
