Job Description

Seeking a *Registered Nurse Supervisor* for 2nd shift to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include managing daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, monitoring medication and treatment administration, and participating in quality assurance and survey processes.

Qualifications: RN license in Pennsylvania, accredited nursing education, with preferred medical/surgical experience. Strong knowledge of long-term care laws and procedures is essential.
