Family Primary Care Practitioner (NP/PA/DO/MD)

Job Description

Join a growing Direct Primary Care clinic in Medford, OR, offering a unique, patient-focused environment with 6-8 patients per day and a panel of up to 600 patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting exams, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic conditions
• Managing women’s health and hormones; providing patient education
• Ordering tests, prescribing medications, and coordinating care
• Communicating via call, text, or video for patient convenience
• Handling minor urgent care issues and on-call responsibilities

Requirements:

• Oregon Family Medicine license and Family Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum 2 years primary care experience; women’s health experience a plus
• Proficiency in internal medicine, ICD-10, HIPAA, and specimen collection
