Join a growing Direct Primary Care clinic in Medford, OR, providing personalized primary care to men, women, and children with minimal patient panels of up to 600.

Enjoy seeing just 5-8 patients daily, with more time for thorough assessments, patient communication via call, text, or video, and work-life balance—clinic hours exclude weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include conducting exams, diagnosing, managing chronic and acute conditions, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, and providing patient education.

Requirements: Oregon Family Medicine license, Nurse Practitioner certification, 2+ years of primary care experience, proficiency in internal medicine and HIPAA. Women’s health experience is a plus.
