*Your Role & Responsibilities*

* Deliver outpatient care in a collaborative setting
* Document visits in EMR with accurate ICD-10 & CPT coding
* Network with specialists and consult as needed
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives
* Share in on-call responsibilities and maintain hospital privileges
* Supervise practice staff and oversee clinical operations
* Attend mandatory trainings and regulatory events
* Communicate concerns with the admin team promptly
* Stay compliant with all federal, state, and internal regulations

*Qualifications*

* MD or DO with active Florida license
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in EMR, documentation, and general office software
* Ability to lead, multitask, and foster a positive patient experience

*Certificates & Licenses Required*

* Florida medical license
