Are you an Advanced Practice Provider passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care? This full-time, salaried role offers flexible Monday-Friday hours with no on-call, weekends, evenings, or holidays. You will provide advanced wound treatment in patients’ homes, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized care plans, and utilizing treatments like surgical debridement. The position requires travel (75%) within the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, with all supplies and training provided. Qualifications include a nurse practitioner or physician assistant license, at least one year of experience, and wound care knowledge is a plus.
