Job Description

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care in a mobile, home-based setting.

This full-time, salaried role offers Monday-Friday schedule with no on-call, evenings, weekends, or holidays, and requires local travel (mileage reimbursed).

Qualifications include graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program, at least one year of experience, board certification, and a current state license. Wound care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities involve assessing patients, developing care plans, performing advanced treatments, managing medications, and coordinating with healthcare teams to promote healing and patient education.
