This full-time, salaried role offers flexible Monday-Friday hours, no on-call, weekends, or holidays, with daily local travel to patients’ homes (reimbursed mileage). Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, performing advanced treatments, managing medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Requirements include at least one year of wound care experience, current licensure, board certification, and willingness to travel 75%.
