This full-time, salaried role offers flexible Monday-Friday hours with no on-call, weekends, evenings, or holidays. You will provide advanced wound care in patients’ homes, conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized care plans, and administering treatments like surgical debridement.

Qualifications include certification as an NP or PA, at least one year of experience, and wound care expertise preferred. The role requires 75% travel within the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, with all supplies and training provided.
