Job Description

Are you an Advanced Practice Provider passionate about compassionate wound care and healing? This full-time, salaried role offers flexible Monday-Friday hours with no on-call, weekends, evenings, or holidays.

As a key team member, you will provide advanced wound care in patients’ homes, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, and utilizing treatments like surgical debridement. Travel within the Minneapolis/St. Paul area is required, with all mileage reimbursed. Equipment and training are provided.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited NP or PA program, at least one year of clinical experience, board certification, and a valid state license. Wound care experience is a plus. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, flexible schedule, and mileage reimbursement.
