The PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides diagnostic and therapeutic services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), focusing on functional communication, cognitive-communication skills, and dysphagia management.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

The role involves training caregivers, documenting progress, ensuring compliance with regulations, and working in field-based settings that require travel. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as hours vary based on individual needs.
