Job Description

• Seeking an experienced Speech Therapist for a part-time role in Home Health & Hospice and Rehab & Wellness Center, with at least 2 years of experience preferred.

  • Position details include 24 hours per week, Monday–Friday, day shifts, with no weekends.
  • Requires Tennessee state licensure (or eligibility), a Master’s degree, and previous home visit experience is preferred.
  • Involves in-person work in Fayetteville, TN, with a need to relocate before starting.
