Clinical Manager (RN) Pediatrics /Full-time

Job Description

The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in Pediatrics, collaborating with nursing and medical leadership to develop and implement quality care and educational programs that enhance patient and provider satisfaction.

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in women’s services or pediatrics, with at least 2 years in management.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in New Mexico, with BLS, NRP, and PALS or ENPC certifications; national certification a plus.
• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and analytical skills; experience in team collaboration and working with physicians.
• Responsible to the Chief Nursing Executive, working in a clean, well-lit environment with flexible hours to handle emergencies and schedule changes.
