Job Description
The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in Pediatrics, collaborating with leadership to develop and implement programs that improve care quality and satisfaction.
Minimum qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), current RN license in New Mexico, and certifications such as BLS, NRP, and PALS/ENPC. A minimum of 5 years in women’s services or pediatrics and 2 years of management experience are required.
Key skills involve strong clinical and leadership abilities, effective communication, analytical thinking, team motivation, and collaboration with medical staff. The role reports to the Chief Nursing Executive and involves working in a clean, ventilated environment with flexibility for emergencies and schedule changes.
