Job Description

Seeking a licensed Social Worker for a part-time (~25 hours/week) day shift role at a new, state-of-the-art healthcare facility with private resident spaces and scenic views.

  • Assist with patient admissions, support residents and families in discharge planning, and perform social service and administrative duties.
  • Ideal candidates have healthcare experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and can handle sensitive matters independently.
  • Flexible scheduling offered; in-person work required.
