Seeking a Respiratory Therapist to oversee department functions, ensure quality patient care, and lead staff efforts.
Responsibilities include developing process improvements, managing medications, performing treatments like ventilator management and arterial blood gases, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
Provides leadership through scheduling, evaluations, and staff education, while maintaining safety standards and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
Requires a Bachelor’s in Respiratory Therapy (Master’s preferred), valid RCP credential, BLS, ACLS, NBRC-RRT, and at least two years of clinical and management experience.
