Job Description
Seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist in Boise to provide culturally appropriate, evidence-based mental health services to low-income, diverse populations, including refugees and immigrants.
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations and develop treatment plans meeting state and Medicaid standards.
Deliver therapy sessions tailored to clients’ cultural backgrounds and needs, including crisis case management when necessary.
Maintain documentation and participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and supervision to stay current on clinical practices.
Qualifications include a current Idaho licensure (LCSW, LCPC, etc.), a master’s degree in a related field, and experience with individuals experiencing mental illness.
Must possess strong communication, professional judgment, confidentiality adherence, and transportation ability.
Work primarily in community settings with some office hours; environment may involve risks requiring safety precautions.
