Seeking an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner (IDNP) in Morrison, IL for a full-time or part-time, onsite role involving multi-facility rounds.

_About the Role:_
You will combine clinical expertise with patient-centered care, serving as a strategic partner in infection prevention and control. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing evidence-based guidelines, and supporting infection control and antimicrobial stewardship programs.

• Flexible schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM)
• Competitive pay ($50/hr or $104,000–$120,000 annually with incentives)

_Key Responsibilities:_
• Perform physical exams and monitor patient conditions
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Develop care policies and coordinate referrals
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Proactively prevent complications and re-hospitalizations

_Qualifications:_
• Current Nurse Practitioner license
• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• 2+ years experience preferred, especially in infectious disease, geriatrics, or adult medicine
• Strong communication skills with elderly and chronically ill patients
• Ability to travel within a 20-25 mile radius
