Licensed Master Social Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide support to individuals and families in need.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer counseling for mental health, trauma, and life transitions.

Collaborate with community resources like Medicare and Section 8 to ensure clients access necessary services.

Assist clients with employment goals through workforce development initiatives.

Utilize motivational interviewing and client-centered approaches to empower positive change.

Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, valid LCSW licensure, strong crisis intervention skills, and ability to work collaboratively.

This contract role offers flexible hours ($38-$40/hr, 10-20 hrs/week), with in-person work in San Angelo, TX, involving travel to Lubbock once or twice a month. Benefits include flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement.
