Acute Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Advanced Practice Provider (Acute Care NP or PA) to join our expanding nephrology practice in North East Georgia.

• Provide inpatient care, including ICU management, initial evaluations, follow-ups, and dialysis services for patients with kidney disease.
• Manage outpatient treatments, post-hospital follow-ups, and in-center dialysis visits for CKD and ESRD patients.
• Collaborate with physicians for patient care planning, procedures, and referrals.
• Perform physical assessments, interpret medical data, and coordinate care and education for patients and families.

The position offers a full-time schedule (Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend coverage) in multiple locations, with competitive pay ($95K-$110K) and benefits including insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling. Requires Georgia licensure as an APN or PA-C and a master’s degree in nursing or Physician Assistant program. The role involves in-person work in Gainesville, GA, with relocation required before starting.
