Speech Language Pathologist- Home Health

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality home-health speech therapy services in various settings, including inpatient, schools, hospitals, and acute care facilities.

• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver hands-on therapy
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Administer standardized tests to monitor progress and adjust treatments
• Engage in case management for effective service coordination

Requirements: Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, licensure, preferred experience in related settings, strong knowledge of speech and swallowing physiology, and excellent communication skills.
