We are hiring a full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in East Grand Forks, MN, offering a $15,000 signing bonus.
Salary ranges from $60,008 to $75,728 annually. Key duties include screening, applying Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension, ensuring cultural sensitivity, assisting with payer communication and authorization, and maintaining licensure. The role involves collaborating with clients, staff meetings, and effective communication across diverse populations. Requirements include an active MN LADC license, cultural awareness training, computer literacy, and passing a DHS background study.
