Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in East Grand Forks, MN, offering a $10,000 signing bonus and a salary range of $60,008-$75,728 annually.

Key responsibilities include:

• Screening clients and applying Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension principles
• Supporting cultural sensitivity and diversity awareness
• Assisting with client authorization, funding, and communication with payers
• Maintaining professional licensure and attending staff meetings
• Communicating effectively with diverse populations

Job requirements:

• Active MN LADC license
• Ongoing cultural awareness training
• Computer literacy
• Ability to pass DHS background check or obtain exemption
