We are seeking a passionate LICENSED Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dedicated non-profit organization serving underserved families in Southern California.
**Responsibilities include:**
Assessing and treating speech/language delays in children Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans Documenting progress using SOAP notes Providing parent and family education on speech/language development Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams such as Occupational and ABA therapists**Qualifications:**
Active California SLP license or eligible Clinical Fellow/RPE Energetic, patient, and kid-loving with strong communication skills Willing to travel within California and provide in-home services Excellent organizational skills and adaptability**Details:**
Full-time or part-time, with flexible schedule Pay rate: $50-$60/hr Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and continuing education credits Work location: Hybrid remote in Pala, CA
