Job Description
We are seeking a passionate LICENSED Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dedicated non-profit serving underserved communities in Southern California.
Ideal candidates are patient, energetic, kid-loving professionals comfortable with assessing and treating pediatric speech/language delays using evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, documenting progress via SOAP notes, providing family education, and collaborating with other disciplines such as Occupational Therapy and ABA.
Must be licensed in California, adaptable to travel within the state, and skilled in working with diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
Offering full-time or part-time roles with competitive pay ($50-$60/hr), benefits (including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, CE credits), and flexible scheduling.
Work is hybrid, based in Pala, CA, with in-home visits and remote work options.
