Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for urgent care services in Central Oregon.
Compensation ranges from $143,800 – $165,400 annually, with earning potential over $200,000 including incentives. Provide high-impact, fast-paced care including laceration repair, fracture management, and stabilization, along with preventive services. Work in a collaborative team environment alongside physicians, nurses, radiology, and lab staff across multiple clinics. Schedule involves 12-hour shifts, 153 shifts/year, with no formal call requirements and strong team reliability. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited program, national certification, current licensure, and relevant certifications. Preferred experience in emergency or urgent care and EMR familiarity.
