Job Description

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for urgent care services in Central Oregon.

  • Salary range of $143,800 – $165,400 with potential earnings over $200,000 including incentives.
  • Provide high-impact, fast-paced care for acute illnesses and minor emergencies, including procedures like laceration repair, fracture management, and patient stabilization.
  • Perform diverse services such as urgent care, physicals, occupational exams, and injury evaluations.
  • Work in a collaborative team environment across multiple clinic locations with flexible, shift-based scheduling (12-hour shifts, no overnight call).
  • Must have graduation from an accredited program, national certification, and valid license/registrations; preferred experience in emergency or urgent care.
