We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Hematology/Oncology/Cellular Therapy unit in Rochester, MN.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care and education for hematology, oncology, and cellular therapy patients
- Monitoring patient progress, administering treatments, and managing side effects
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout their stay
- Participating in patient advocacy and family education
Skills needed:
