Part-Time Orthopedic Surgeon position in San Jose, CA, focusing on general orthopedics, sports medicine, or spine.

Allied Pain & Spine Institute offers a multidisciplinary setting with integrated care, on-site surgical access, and a collaborative team environment.

Schedule: 2–3 days/week, flexible, with options as W-2 employee or 1099 contractor.

Compensation ranges from $340K–$475K+ annually, including base salary, incentives, and procedural pay, with full administrative support.

Ideal candidates are Board-Certified/Eligible MD/DO with relevant experience, active California license, and team-oriented attitude.

Work involves in-office evaluations and surgeries at a state-of-the-art ASC, emphasizing outcomes and professional autonomy.
