Job Description
The RN Supervisor oversees the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care, assisting in analyzing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing services to enhance departmental performance.
Responsible for managing daily nursing operations on a 24-hour basis, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Supervises staff, promotes staff development, and monitors patient outcomes to maintain optimal care quality. Contributes to strategic planning, process improvement, and department integration within the healthcare organization. Ensures policies and standards are consistently applied, and collaborates with other departments to meet organizational goals. Requires a BSN (preferred in Magnet facilities), 2+ years of clinical and supervisory experience, RN licensure, and BLS certification. Works full-time, five days a week, with scheduled 8-hour shifts.
