Seeking applicants in the Lexington to North Platte region to complete PLMHP hours quickly; practicum students welcome!
Provide in-home, trauma-informed counseling and case coordination for families with a limited caseload.
Conduct family assessments, safety planning, and set therapeutic goals.
Maintain accurate electronic documentation and submit weekly progress reports.
Offer telephone support for emergencies and engage in multiple direct and indirect contacts weekly.
Build positive relationships with referral agencies, guide families, and provide resource referrals.
Deliver discharge summaries and recommendations at service completion.
Follow all agency policies and procedures.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling/Social Work, licensure or internship in Nebraska, trauma-informed experience preferred, bilingual skills a plus.
