Seeking a Nurse Manager for inpatient psychiatric units in Grand Forks, ND, with a relocation package available.

The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, supervising staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include staffing management, staff development, performance evaluations, documentation audits, and providing direct nursing care when needed.

Qualifications: Active RN license in ND, Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 5-8 years of nursing management experience in behavioral health, and required certifications (CPR, BLS, ACLS).
