Seeking a full-time Physician (MD or DO) to join a growing Post-Acute Care team in Aiken, SC. Enjoy a weekday-only schedule with no weekends, minimal patient volume, and a setting focused on Skilled Nursing and Rehab.
Provide direct patient care, including new admissions, follow-ups, and Medicare visits. Manage long-term and acute treatment plans for a stable post-acute population. Lead and supervise Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants. Ensure compliance with all regulations and accurately document visits using EMR and proper coding. Collaborate with facility teams to deliver holistic care. Qualifications include active SC medical license, DEA, DHEC credentials, and Board certification or eligibility in Primary Care. EMR experience and leadership skills preferred. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6–8 hour shifts, ~16 patients/day, with part-time options available. No nights or weekends.
