Physician (MD/DO) – Family Practice – $250,000 to $285,000 per year in Chattanooga, TN

Job Description

Seeking a Family Practice MD in Chattanooga, TN for a home health-based leadership role.

Lead a small team of APPs, manage a patient panel of ~140, and deliver care exclusively in patients’ homes with no hospital or clinic duties.

The schedule is Monday-Friday, with half the time spent on patient visits (6-8 visits/day, 30-40 mins each) and the other half on leadership and administrative tasks.

Compensation includes a competitive salary, bonuses, signing and retention incentives, full benefits, PTO, and relocation assistance.

Requirements: Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics; leadership interest; Tennessee licensure eligibility.
