Job Description

Community Health is a primary care network offering comprehensive services including wellness, dental, behavioral health, pediatric specialties, and walk-in Express Care, serving insured and uninsured individuals across Rutland and southern Addison counties.

We seek a Master’s Level Licensed Counselor to provide mental health treatment to children and adults in the Southern-Central Vermont area. The role involves individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support clients’ emotional, social, and relationship goals.

Key functions include maintaining accurate records, facilitating referrals, administering assessments, and providing client-centered, recovery-oriented care. Candidates must hold a relevant Master’s degree, licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LADC), and demonstrate empathy, strong communication, and proficiency with electronic medical records.
