About the Role:
Seeking a Master’s Level Licensed Counselor to provide mental health treatment to children and adults in the Southern-Central Vermont area. Work with individuals facing various mental health disorders using assessments and therapeutic techniques. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on emotional communication, stress management, relationship healing, and community support. Key Functions:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy with evidence-based methods. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to tailor treatment plans. Maintain accurate client records and facilitate referrals. Participate in team planning and provide employee assistance as needed. Administer assessments and screenings. Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services; licensed clinician (LMHC, LICSW, etc.). Client-centered, empathetic, and recovery-oriented approach.
