Job Description

Seeking a Master’s Level Licensed Counselor to provide mental health treatment for children and adults in Southern-Central Vermont.


  • Deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate client records and facilitate referrals as needed.
  • Participate in team planning and provide client-centered, recovery-oriented care.
  • Administer assessments and screenings to support treatment.

    • **Requirements:** Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; licensed clinician (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LADC); strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency with EMRs; ethical standards; passion for mental health support.
