Job Description

Community Health provides comprehensive primary care, including wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatric services, serving insured and uninsured individuals across Rutland and southern Addison counties.

We are seeking a Master’s Level Licensed Counselor to deliver mental health treatment to children and adults in Southern-Central Vermont. The role involves providing individualized therapy using evidence-based techniques, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating referrals. The goal is to develop emotional skills, mend relationships, and build community support.
