Job Description

This full-time Physician role at High Plains Community Health Center offers no call, no ER/hospital hours, excellent benefits, and HRSA student loan repayment.

Provides comprehensive patient care for all ages, supervising APPs and support staff within a patient-centered medical home model.

80% focus on managing acute/chronic illnesses, developing care plans, referrals, and team leadership.

10% on patient documentation, follow-up, care coordination, and patient education.

10% on mentorship, meetings, quality improvement, and clinic operations.

Qualifications include a Colorado MD/DO license, board eligibility/certification, DEA, BLS, and proficiency with office technology.
