Job Description

This full-time Physician role offers no call or ER hours, with excellent benefits and student loan repayment through HRSA.

Position Overview: Provides oversight of APPs and support staff, sees patients of all ages, and collaborates within a patient-centered medical home model to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• 80% patient care: managing acute and chronic conditions, developing care plans, making referrals, providing clinic consultation, and improving clinic efficiency.
• 10% documentation: follow-ups, test results, referrals, medication management, and patient education.
• 10% general duties: mentorship, meetings, quality improvement, policy review, and community engagement.

Qualifications: Current Colorado MD/DO license, board eligibility/certification, DEA, BLS, valid driver’s license, and proficiency with office technology.
