Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Supervisor to lead our substance abuse counseling department, ensuring delivery of high-quality, evidence-based addiction treatment.

  • Provide leadership, oversight, and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with staff, clinicians, clients, families, and community partners.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement best practices.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and engage in professional development.

    • Requirements: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field; NJ CCS and LCSW licensure; 5+ years of addiction counseling experience; strong organizational and communication skills; knowledge of substance use disorders and standards.

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, on call.

    Compensation: $75,000–$95,000/year with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and life insurance.

    This is a full-time, in-person position.
