We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess expertise in speech therapy, patient assessment, and pediatrics.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders
– Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on speech and language goals
– Provide speech therapy services to patients in various settings such as inpatient facilities, clinics, schools, and acute care environments
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
– Manage patient cases effectively, maintaining accurate records and documentation
Skills:
– Proficiency in patient care and assessment
– Specialization in pediatrics and speech therapy
– Strong knowledge of anatomy related to speech and language
– Experience working in inpatient settings and clinics
– Ability to perform case management duties efficiently
– Familiarity with acute care practices
