Seeking a compassionate, qualified RN to lead a team of LPNs and CNAs in a faith-based, ministry-driven environment. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with residents while providing high-quality, Christ-centered care guided by the Carmelite tradition.

Supervise nursing staff, ensure proper care, and administer medications following physician orders.

Develop work assignments, monitor resident care, and participate in staff training and orientation.

Maintain effective communication with team members and ensure adherence to care plans.

Complete necessary documentation and follow up on physician orders.

_Qualifications: Must hold an active PA RN or LPN license; no experience required, on-the-job training provided. Long-term care experience preferred._

_Work Environment: Involves working in various care areas, frequent movement, and interaction with residents, families, and staff. May require work beyond regular hours and exposure to health hazards._
