Job Description

Seeking four *Nursing House Supervisors* to lead hospital-wide nursing operations and patient care shifts in a pediatric psychiatric setting.

The role involves

overseeing staffing and workload,

responding to crises and leading de-escalation,

mentoring staff,

collaborating across disciplines,

and providing direct patient care when needed.

Ideal candidates are clinically skilled, calm under pressure, approachable leaders, effective communicators, and adaptable team players with RN licensure, pediatric mental health experience, and supervisory skills.
