Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated NP, Nurse Practitioner/PA, or Physician Assistant for our Primary Rural Health clinic in Jasper, Texas.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive primary care services to diverse patient populations
• Performing assessments, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic conditions
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
• Developing and implementing treatment plans
• Patient education and health promotion

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a rural setting
