Job Description
This full-time medical role involves planning, delivering, and documenting comprehensive patient care under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director.
Perform primary and urgent care treatments within licensing scope, coordinate patient care, and review cases with leadership.
Supervise mid-level providers and nursing staff, maintain availability for on-call duties, and participate in quality assurance and policy development.
Engage in continuing education, attend meetings, and contribute to budget and productivity efforts.
Work in a clinical setting with exposure to communicable diseases, requiring light lifting, standing, and walking.
Qualifications include proven primary care experience, effective communication skills, current MD/DO license in Arizona, and ACLS certification.
Additional requirements include bilingual skills (preferred), Arizona residence or relocation, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
