Salem Township Hospital is hiring a *Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist* with a *$10,000 sign-on bonus*.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Behavioral Science, current LCPC or LCSW license, and 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably with older adults or in hospital/nursing home settings. Required certifications: CPR, First Aid, and preferred behavioral de-escalation skills. The role involves providing organized psychotherapy, leading group sessions, and conducting individual and family therapy, focusing on treatment and discharge planning. Schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with no weekends or on-call duties. Pay ranges from $30.00 to $43.50 per hour, based on experience.
