Job Description

We are seeking a *Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist* with a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Behavioral Science and an active LCPC or LCSW license. Candidates should have 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably with older adults, hospital, or nursing home settings, along with CPR and First Aid certifications. Experience in behavioral de-escalation and knowledge of community resources are preferred.

The role involves providing organized psychotherapy, including individual, family, and group sessions, with a focus on treatment and discharge planning. The therapist ensures compliance with regulations and maintains professionalism. This full-time position offers a schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or on-call duties.
